One-off bookings DAMAGE AND CLEANING DEPOSIT Please note that this will be banked. To be paid on collection of keys prior to the booking and returned if there are no problems when the keys are returned £50 £200.00 for bookings for teenage parties. A regular user is a group or individual making 8 bookings at one time. Bookings for New Years Eve will be charged double the normal hire rate. 10 Pitch Bookings (excluding VAT) Where payment is made in advance

Hire for Rodborough-based not-for-profit organisations running a fundraising event will be charged 50% off the normal Residents rate. This must be applied for at time of booking. All other requests for reduced rates must be requested in writing to the Amenities Committee. Advertising in the Commoner. Prices for period 1/4/11 - 31/3/13. All adverts incur VAT.
